[Question] Why can't I send PMs?

Hello new members, and welcome to the virtual pets webforum. For experienced players and newbies alike, we hope to offer a space for you to discuss all of your virtual pets.
For those who may have received PMs (private messages) or who wish to send them shortly after joining, you may have noticed you can not. Until new members reach a post count of five (5) posts, you can not send PMs.
This is to help stop harassment and spam immediately after joining. Five posts are fairly easy to get and you should unlock the feature very soon. Responding to replies in an introduction thread or saying hello in a general discussion thread are all great ways to gain extra posts.
Every forum counts with the exception of Forum Games, which does not give you post counts. We'd also like to remind you that making five threads is not a good idea, and would be considered spam. It is much easier and faster just to comment on existing threads, unless you feel that the benefit is greater to start a new thread.
