This thread contains a list of as many websites as possible that are considered uncategorized virtual pets. For different types of virtual pets, please see the other directories in the other boards. If you know of any websites not on this list, please post below with as many as you can. If a website does not have a topic for members to discuss things on this website, feel free to create one. A website can be considered for this directory if it playable (no glitches) and has enough content to be considered active (regardless of the last known update). Please do not submit new websites with no content. An administrator may add their own website as long as it meets the above requirement. Many websites do not encourage the exchange of currency, items or pets between users outside of their own trading or auction areas or user shops. Some may do so but have clarifications and requirements on what's allowed and what's not. As you are a member of these websites, you are bound to follow their rules. VP allows you to trade offsite, but this does not mean you can break the websites' rules. We are at risk of deletion if we break other websites' terms of services. This list is a permanent work in progress - all help is appreciated. Use the links below to navigate to difficult parts of the list, or just scroll down. Please post if you have information to add to the about, if you'd like a website added, or if you have any questions.

VP would like to remind everyone that the Proboards Terms of Service (the company with which VP is hosted with) states that all content must be PG13. If content is found to be too extreme, the entire forum is in risk of being deleted. These guidelines have been posted to remind all roleplay members that this applies to any roleplays that you may post. Here is some clarification. - All roleplays should not contain sexual content, excessive violence, drug use or content of a sensitive nature. Things things can be referenced if absolutely necessary.
- Roleplay storylines or characters revolving around the prohibited subject matter above should not be posted. It is fine to referrence, but should not be the subject of long discussion between characters, the centerpiece of plotlines, or be described in a scene.
- Attempting to conceal the true nature of your roleplay, attempting to get around the rating, or toeing the line too much will result in warnings or bans and deletion of the content in question.
- PG13 content applies to private messaging. Do not bring your roleplay to private messaging in an attempt to get around the rule. Proboards still counts this as a violation of their Terms of Service.
Please remember that there are plenty of other websites where you can roleplay these things, but this is not those places and if you must, we suggest taking the roleplay to email or private messaging, or perhaps another website.

VP would like to remind you that not using the search function may be a warnable offence (which counts towards bans). Many suggestions or questions may have already been asked and also ANSWERED. It is far quicker for you to type in some keywords and getting instant answers as appose to making a whole new thread and waiting for replies.
It also clutters the forum if you make repeat questions. Unless the situation is different or the solution doesn't work, please try to keep the number of repeat threads down as much as possible.

While VP does understand that someone is often looking for specific things - or may be new to the whole virtual pet thing and not know, we'd like to remind you that posting a thread to ask for pets, or to offer things you have for trading, is not allowed. All posts must be kept to the threads already made for that website. If you are asking for a Waja pup, you should ask in the Wajas.com thread. You can not post your own thread to see if anyone will give you one. Nor can you do the same in the form of a trade. Here are the exceptions to this rule; - ... If a thread does not exist for the website you are trading/gifting for, you may make one as long as that website allows trading or gifting.
- ... If you'd like to make a thread for specific types of trading or gifting - such as caveborn trading for Dragcave.net or customizable clothes gifting for Neopets.com, in addition to the regular trading and gifting thread that may already exist for that website.
- ... You'd like to make a game or specific project related to trading or gifting that does not already exist.
- ... The original thread was locked for whatever reason or no longer exists, and you can safety recreate it without duplicated the reason it was locked or deleted in the first place.
Here are some reasons in which you may not create or recreate threads; - If a thread has not been posted on for a very long time. You can still keep posting and breath some fresh life into it. If a thread was run by a person who needs to actively take part and this person is no longer active, this does not apply.
- The thread majorly contains posts not relevant to your own. Just because you are attempting to do a certain type of trade or gift, and others are not, does not equal the need for a new thread, unless a lot of people are and it would be easier to have two threads.
- You don't like how that thread is handling itself. Contact a Discussion Moderator if you think a topic isn't working out.
We'd like to remind people to search the forum before attempting to make a new thread. "I didn't know a thread existed" is not a valid excuse. The search function exists, and is a valuable part of computer programming and community relations. If you are found to be recreating threads and not searching, you may receive a warning, which will count towards bans.

Hello new members, and welcome to the virtual pets webforum. For experienced players and newbies alike, we hope to offer a space for you to discuss all of your virtual pets.
You may be wondering why you can't edit your signature to display things like dragon eggs, your clickable pets or links to various pet websites. Signatures are only enabled after you have made ten (10) posts around the forum. You may make these in your introduction thread, on the threads dedicated to a specific website or in discussions.
Every forum counts with the exception of Forum Games, which does not give you post counts. We'd also like to remind you that making ten threads is not a good idea, and would be considered spam. It is much easier and faster just to comment on existing threads, unless you feel that the benefit is greater to start a new thread.
If you have time sensitive pets that need views or clicks immediately, please post them on the appropriate threads and add them to your signature later.
